On August 28, 2023, AN Global LLC, AgileThought, Inc., and affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 23-11294 before the Honorable J. Kate Stickles, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
