Attention:
Please take notice that on September 28, 2022 the Court entered the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order (I) Approving the Disclosure Statement for, and Confirming, the Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Carestream Health, Inc. and its Debtor Affiliates, and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 185]. Furthermore, on September 30, 2022, the Debtors filed the Notice of (I) Entry of Order Approving the Debtors’ Disclosure Statement for, and Confirming, the Debtors’ Amended Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and (II) Occurrence of Effective Date[Docket No. 188].
General Information:

On August 23, 2022, Carestream Health (“Carestream” or the “Company”) took the planned next step to implement its previously announced recapitalization agreement with its lenders by voluntarily filing for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”). Carestream entities outside the United States are not part of the Chapter 11 process.

The Company’s lenders have overwhelmingly voted in favor of a “prepackaged” restructuring plan, which contemplates the recapitalization agreement and has been filed with the Bankruptcy Court. The recapitalization will significantly strengthen the Company’s balance sheet and position the Company for continued success. Carestream expects to continue operating normally throughout the court-supervised process and working with suppliers on normal terms.

The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 22-10778 before the Honorable J. Kate Stickles.
