Please Take Notice that on December 13, 2016, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania entered an order, Docket No. 573 (the Confirmation Order), confirming the Plan of Liquidation for BMC Liquidation Company (f/k/a Bear Metallurgical Company).
General Information:

On June 14, 2016, each of the two debtors listed below (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases (collectively, the “Bankruptcy Cases”) are jointly administered under Case No. 16-22192 before the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (the "Bankruptcy Court").

Meeting of Creditors
