General Information:

On February 9, 2016, each of the two Debtors listed below filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") are jointly administered under Case No. 16-10300 before the Honorable Michael E. Wiles in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court").

Meeting of Creditors

The Bankruptcy Court has entered an Order (Docket No. 16) directing the U.S. Trustee not to convene a 341 Meeting, provided, however, that the U.S. Trustee may schedule a 341 Meeting if the Prepack Plan is not confirmed within ninety (90) days after the Petition Date.
