Claims Filing Deadline and Process
On January 26, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order establishing an electronic process for the filing of claims in these cases. The Trustee and his agents are preparing an electronic proof of claim form to be completed by persons who purchased membership plans in, or voice over internet packages from, TelexFree (known as “Participants”). When the electronic proof of claim form is ready for use and the internet website portal that will host the electronic proof of claim is operational, Participants will be notified through this website and will have not less than 90 days from that date to file an electronic claim. YOU SHOULD NOT FILE A PROOF OF CLAIM AT THIS TIME AS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND FILE THE ELECTRONIC PROOF OF CLAIM FORM ONCE IT IS AVAILABLE. The cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") are jointly administered under Case No. 14-40987. The Bankruptcy Cases are pending before the Honorable Melvin S.
