Transfer of Claims: Certain entities are in the business of purchasing claims for an amount less than the face value of the claims. One or more of these entities may contact the creditor and offer to purchase the claim. Some of the written communications from these entities may easily be confused with communications from the Assignee. These entities do not represent the Assignee. The creditor has no obligation to sell its claim. However, if the creditor decides to sell its claim, any transfer must be completed using the Notice of Transfer of Claim Form below and in accordance with the Instructions for Transfer of Claim set forth below:

General Information:
On November 19, 2010, Unisen, Inc. (“Assignor”) voluntarily delivered to FORD-ABC 864736, Inc. (“FORD-ABC”) its General Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (the “General Assignment”). The General Assignment to FORD-ABC was for the purpose of conducting an orderly corporate liquidation. FORD-ABC accepted the general assignment on November 19, 2010.
The General Assignment is governed by various California statutes and by case law, and is an alternative to Chapter 7 liquidation in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Assignor has ceased business operations effective November 19, 2010. Any account with you or your company should reflect no further activity and services under any account with you or your company should be terminated.
Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1802, CREDITORS ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE THAT THE LAST DAY TO FILE CLAIMS IN THIS ESTATE IS MAY 6, 2011 (“BAR DATE”). CREDITORS MUST FILE THEIR PROOF OF CLAIM BY MAY 6, 2011 TO BE ABLE TO SHARE IN A DISTRIBUTION OF PROCEEDS FROM THE LIQUIDATION OF ASSIGNOR’S ASSETS.

IT IS CREDITOR’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE UNISEN CLAIMS PROCESSING CENTER AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS OF ANY CHANGES IN THE CREDITOR’S ADDRESS. ANY DISTRIBUTION FROM THE ASSIGNMENT ESTATE WILL BE MADE TO CREDITORS WITH ALLOWED CLAIMS AT THE ADDRESS ON FILE WITH THE UNISEN CLAIMS PROCESSING CENTER AT THE TIME OF THE RESPECTIVE DISTRIBUTION.
* Please file proof(s) of claim, if any, via US Mail, hand delivery. Facsimile and other electronic delivery methods are not acceptable. You must file an originally executed proof of claim. If you would like a copy of your claim returned to you as proof of receipt, please enclose an additional copy and a self-addressed postage-paid envelope.
