Plan Confirmation and Effective Date:
Please take notice that on September 22, 2021 the Court entered the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Confirming the Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Alex and Ani, LLC and its Debtor Affiliates Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code [Docket No. 472]. Furthermore, on September 30, 2021, the Debtors filed the Notice of (I) Entry of Confirmation Order, (II) Occurrence of Effective Date, and (III) Related Bar Dates [Docket No. 483]
General Information:

On June 9, 2021 each of the 9 Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 21-10918 before the Honorable Thomas M. Horan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”).

On December 30, 2021 the Court entered the Final Decree (A) Closing Certain of the Chapter 11 Cases, (B) Transferring Claims Asserted Against and Interests Asserted in the Debtors to the Remaining Case; (C) Amending the Caption of the Remaining Case; and (D) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 570].
