General Information:
On March 18, 2009, each of the 27 Debtors (click to view a list of all debtors) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 09-11233 (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases"), before the Honorable Judge Robert E. Gerber, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
On August 8, 2010, Chemtura Canada Co./Cie filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The case is jointly administered under Case No. 09-11233 (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases"), before the Honorable Judge Robert E. Gerber, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York
