Please take notice that the Confirmation Order [Docket No. 205] confirming the Debtors’ Prepackaged Joint Plan of Reorganization, dated January 22, 2017, was entered by the Bankruptcy Court on March 29, 2017.
General Information:

On January 22, 2017, the below Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 17-20023 before the Honorable David R. Jones (DRJ) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court").

Transfers of Common Stock and Preferred Stock

Please see the Notice of Disclosure Procedures Applicable to Certain Holders of Common Stock and Preferred Stock, Disclosure Procedures for Transfers of Common Stock or Preferred Stock, and Final Hearing on the Application Thereof [Docket No. 82] for additional information.

Failure to follow the procedures set forth in the Order [Docket No. 63] shall constitute a violation of, among other things, the automatic stay provisions of section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code. As such, any prohibited purchase, sale, other transfer of common stock or preferred stock, beneficial ownership therein, or option with respect thereto in violation of the Order is prohibited and shall be null and void ab initio and may be subject to additional Court-ordered sanctions.

Meeting of Creditors

The meeting of creditors pursuant to section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Meeting of Creditors") has not yet been scheduled. By Court Order, the U.S. Trustee need not and shall not convene a meeting of creditors or equity holders pursuant to section 341(e) of the Bankruptcy Code if the Plan is confirmed within 75 days following the Petition Date.

Rule 9001(5) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure requires that a representative of the Debtors appears at the Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of being examined under oath by a representative of the Office of the United States Trustee and by any interested parties that attend the meeting. Creditors are welcome, but not required, to attend the meeting. The Meeting of Creditors may be continued or adjourned by notice at the meeting, without further written notice to creditors.
