Please take notice that the Effective Date of the First Amended Plan of Liquidation of the Debtors Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code occurred on January 25, 2017 [Docket No. 958].
General Information:

On December 7, 2015, with respect to debtors Fuhu, Inc. and Fuhu Holdings, Inc., and on December 11, 2015, with respect to debtors Fuhu Direct, Inc. and Nabi, Inc., the below debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 15-12465 before the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

Meeting of Creditors
