General Information:

On December 1, 2008, each of the Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The 8 cases were assigned case numbers listed below (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases"). Please take notice that on December 22, 2008, Hawaiian Telcom Communications, Inc., et al., Case Number 08-13086 was transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii, under Case Number 08-02005, pursuant to Order Approving Transfer of Venue .

Meeting of Creditors
