Please take further notice that on February 24, 2021, the Debtor filed the Notice of (I) Confirmation Date and (II) Bar Date for Filing Rejection Claims [Docket No. 1948].
Please take further notice that on August 11, 2021, the Debtor filed the Notice of Occurrence of Effective Date of Confirmed Fifth Amended Plan of Reorganization of Highland Capital Management, L.P. [Docket No. 2700].
The Administrative Expense Claims Bar Date is September 25, 2021.
In accordance with Article V of the Plan, unless previously assumed during the pendency of the Debtor’s chapter 11 case or specifically assumed in the Confirmation Order, all Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases were rejected pursuant to the Confirmation Order. Any person asserting a Rejection Claim was required to file a proof of claim within thirty days of the Confirmation Date. The Bar Date to file such a claim was March 24, 2021.

General Information:
On October 16, 2019, Highland Capital Management, L.P. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") . Pursuant to the Order Transferring Venue of this Case to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Case was transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas on December 4, 2019. The Debtor's chapter 11 case (the "Bankruptcy Case") is administered under Case No. 19-34054 before the Honorable Stacey G. Jernigan.
The Debtor is an investment adviser entity operating on an alternative investment platform. No other advisers or entities on the platform filed for Chapter 11 relief.
