General Information:
On September 8, 2017, ICPW Liquidation Corporation, a California corporation (f/k/a Ironclad Performance Wear Corporation, a California corporation) (Case No. 17-12408) and ICPW Liquidation Corporation, a Nevada corporation (f/k/a Ironclad Performance Wear Corporation, a Nevada corporation) (Case No. 17-12409) each filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") are jointly administered before the Honorable Judge Martin R. Barash under Case No. 17-12408 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (San Fernando Valley Division) (the "Bankruptcy Court").
On February 13, 2018, the Court issued an Order (Docket No. 442) confirming the Debtors' and Official Committee of Equity Security Holders' Joint Plan of Liquidation Dated February 9, 2018 ("the Amended Plan"). Copies of the Amended Plan and Plan-related documents can be seen by clicking here.
