Disclosure Statements Approved: On October 19, 2010, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Solicitation Procedures Order. On October 15 and 19, the Bankruptcy Court entered orders approving the Disclosure Statements accompanying the Plans filed by Charlestown/Hartland, Legendary/EWB and MMPI et al. (collectively, the Plan Proponents).
The Voting Deadline is 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on November 22, 2010.
A hearing to consider confirmation of the Plans (the "Confirmation Hearing") will be held on January 26, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, San Fernando Valley Division, in Courtroom 301, located at 21041 Burbank Blvd., Woodland Hills, California 91367. The Confirmation Hearing may be continued from time to time without further notice, including by announcement of the adjourned date(s) at the Confirmation Hearing or any continued hearing.
