On August 22, 2019, each of the three Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 19-62584 before the Honorable Peter C. McKittrick, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
