Please take notice that on January 31, 2018 the Debtor filed a Settlement Motion with the Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. In the Motion, the Debtor seeks authority to compromise a controversy with The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. Furthermore, on January 31, 2018 the Debtor filed a Motion to Establish a Qualified Settlement Fund, which seeks the entry of an order establishing a qualified settlement fund. General Information:

On January 14, 2016, Sepco Corporation (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The case is pending before the Honorable Alan M. Koschik in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
