General Information:

On April 1, 2019, Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. together with its subsidiaries announced that it has voluntarily filed petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 19-10702 before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”).

Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. is a master limited partnership that provides natural gas gathering, processing, treating, compression and transportation services and NGL fractionation and transportation services. It also sources, purchases, transports and sells natural gas and NGLs. Its assets are located in South Texas, Mississippi and Alabama and include two cryogenic gas processing plants, a fractionation facility and approximately 3,100 miles of pipeline. The South Texas assets are located in or near the Eagle Ford shale region. The Company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
