Please take notice that on October 28, 2020 the Court entered the Order Confirming the Fourth Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Vista Proppants and Logistics, LLC, et al., Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code [Docket No. 717]. Furthermore, on November 6, 2020, the Debtors filed the Notice of Effective Date of the Fourth Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Vista Proppants and Logistics, LLC, et al., Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code [Docket No. 748].

The Effective Date of the Plan was November 6, 2020.

General Information:

On June 9, 2020 each of the below Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”).
