On January 31, 2023, IEH Auto Parts Holding LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Auto Plus" or the “Debtors”) filed their voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") are proceeding before the Honorable Christopher M. Lopez, and are jointly administered under Case No. 23-90054 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
