Please take note that on July 31, 2019, the Court entered the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Confirming Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation of Waypoint Leasing Holdings Ltd. and its Affiliated Debtors [Docket No. 893]. Furthermore, on August 9, 2019, the Debtors filed and served the Notice of (I) Entry of Order Confirming Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation of Waypoint Leasing Holdings Ltd. and its Affiliated Debtors and (II) Occurrence of Effective Date [Docket No. 914].

The Effective Date of the Plan occurred on August 9, 2019.
General Information:

On November 25, 2018, each of the 143 Debtors (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") are jointly administered under Case No. 18-13648 before the Honorable David S. Jones in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
