On April 21, 2023, each of the four Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases are jointly administered under Case 23-10497 before the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
