On May 28, 2019, each of the Debtors (the "Debtors") filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware a voluntary petition for relief under the Bankruptcy Code (the "Voluntary Cases"). Prior to the commencement of the Voluntary Cases, on May 24, 2019, an involuntary petition was filed against Debtor WSTR with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma (the "Involuntary Cases"). The Voluntary Cases were transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on June 20, 2019, and on July 3, 2019, the Voluntary Cases were consolidated into the Involuntary Case. The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 19-12521 before the Honorable Janice D. Loyd in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma (Oklahoma City).
