On December 31, 2015, each of the nine Debtors listed here filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") were jointly administered under Case No. 15-12670 before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Per the Order Closing the Subsidiary Cases (Docket No. 1089) entered on June 26, 2018 the only remaining case open is Swift Energy Company, Case No. 15-12670.
