Claim Grid
The Claim Grid can be displayed as part of the Creditor Data window.
Rows in the Claim Grid panel are identified by claim natures:
- (GU) General Unsecured: General unsecured claims are claims that do not meet the requirements of a secured claim and are not entitled to priority under 11 U.S.C. §§ 507(a).
- (PRI) Priority: Priority claims are certain categories of unsecured claims which are entitled to priority under 11 U.S.C. §§ 507(a) and are paid from available money or property in a bankruptcy case before other unsecured claims.
- (SEC) Secured: Secured claims are claims backed by a lien on property of the debtor.
- (AP) Admin Priority: Admin Priority Claims are claims which are entitled to administrative priority under 11 U.S.C. §§ (a)(2) and are not backed by a lien on property of the debtor.
- (AS) Admin Secured: Admin Priority Claims are claims which are entitled to administrative priority under 11 U.S.C. §§ (a)(2) and are backed by a lien on property of the debtor.
- TOTALS: This row displays the totals for the columns. If the Schedule Amount is contingent, unliquidated or disputed, the Schedule Amount sums as zero.
The set of panels and fields is customized for each case and can include the following:
- Schedule Amount: The amount the debtor asserted for the creditor on the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities. See Schedule Amount, Schedule Amount Results.
- C*, U*, D*: If C is displayed in the C* column, the claim is contingent. If U is displayed in the U* column, the claim is unliquidated. If D is displayed in the D* column, the claim is disputed.
- Filed Claim Amount: A dollar amount, "FOREIGN," "UNLIQUIDATED," or "BLANK." See Filed Claim Amount, Filed Claim Amount Results.
- Present Claim Amount: The current amount for the claim. See Present Claim Amount, Present Claim Amount Results.
