Creditor Data

Clicking the Name field in a search result window displays details of a claim in the Creditor Data window.

When a claim has more than one nature, each nature is displayed in a separate row.

The Creditor Data window displays detailed information about the creditor and the creditor's claim. The set of panels and fields is customized for each case and can include the following:

• Creditor Name: Name and contact information for the creditor.
• Creditor Notice Name:
• Date Claim Filed
• Claim #: A number assigned by KCC to identify the claim.
• Schedule: D, E, or F, indicating the schedule for the claim if the claim was scheduled.
• View Claim: Clicking this link displays a read-only PDF view of the original claim document.
• Notice Party(ies): Name and contact information of additional parties to receive notices for this claim.
• Debtor Name: Name of the debtor for the selected claim.
• Case Number: Case number for the selected claim.
