Claim Filing Date

From and to dates can be used to retrieve claims based on when they were filed.

Dates may be entered by typing them into the fields in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Optionally, click the calendar icons next to the fields to display a calendar, navigate to the desired month, and click the date to enter it into the field.

Date Claim Filed From: Enter the lower limit of the range of claim filing dates being retrieved.

Date Claim Filed To: Enter the upper limit of the range of claim filing dates being retrieved.
