The Debtors have established certain dates relating to the Sale:

The Bid Deadline is November 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).

The Auction shall take place on December 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time).

The Sale Objection Deadline is December 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).

The Cure Objection Deadline is December 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).

The Sale Hearing will take place on December 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time).
General Information:

On October 25, 2023, each of the three Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 23-02871 before the Honorable Tamara O. Mitchell, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
